Policy:
ONE DAY MINIMUM. Equipment may be picked up by 3:30 p.m. the day before, IF AVAILABLE. Equipment must be returned by 10:30 a.m. the day after the rental. (Unless another time is mutually agreed upon before rental.) RETURNS AFTER 10:30 a.m. WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAY. (Unless otherwise agreed upon.)
Pricing:
See RENTALS and CONSUMABLES sections for individual prices. All prices based on a one-day rental with a 3-day week rate. Equipment subject to availability. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Cancelation:
24 hour notice is required for cancelation in order to avoid rental charges.
Payment:
All transactions are COD unless credit has been established. Credit accounts are available with approval. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX accepted.
Deposit:
Heroic Age Studios may require a 50% deposit on rental gear.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for all merchandise unless customer has exempt certificate. Heroic Age Studios DOES NOT charge sales tax on rentals.
